Macquarie Codex Excerpts. Marie Wintzer (Japan)

Macquarie Codex Excerpts. (Bhubezi Mythology)

“This book was found during the recent excavation work around the tomb of Empress
Using the asemic alphabet of the Bhubezi Tribe,  Macquarie
(or  M ã cq~ /şΦů ã rie) translates as Book of emerging forth into the light which is a direct interpretation of the Egyptian Book of the Dead.  This volume is thought to consist of magic spells intended to assist a dead persons journey through the Duat.  Past scholars working on these funerary texts were always aware that a story needed to be concocted in order to keep prying eyes from these glyphs.  The suggestion that they be documented as funery spells came from C.R. Lepsius in 1842 as they were in part, as Ms Wintzer has correctly stated, plans insinuated into history that would help repair the Bridges Between.
